Step 01
Fill Out Our Intake Form
Tell us a little about your child and your needs. Once we receive your form, a Shine Bright team member will reach out within 48 hours to guide you through next steps.
Complete Intake Form
Step 02
Intake Call
You'll speak with someone from our team to review your child’s history, answer questions, and discuss insurance and care options. We’ll make sure you understand every step before moving forward.
Step 03
Evaluation or ABA Assessment
If your child has a diagnosis, we’ll move forward with an ABA assessment to build their individualized treatment plan.
Step 04
Begin Services
Once all evaluations, authorizations, and paperwork are in place, we’ll match your child with a trained RBT and supervising BCBA. Services typically begin within 30 days of intake.
