Samantha Samaniego

RBT Training Coordinator

As an RBT Lead and Trainer, I specialize in mentoring new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while delivering high-quality behavioral interventions for individuals with autism and developmental delays. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and ABA, I’m passionate about fostering confidence, fluency, and effectiveness in new technicians while ensuring clients receive exceptional care.

My background in pediatric healthcare led me to ABA, where I discovered my passion for education and positive behavior support. Now, I collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and technicians to create inclusive, impactful learning environments that empower both clients and professionals.

I hold an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care, along with training in Crisis Intervention, Prevention and Support, and Behavior Skills Training (BST). Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Organizational Behavior Management at Capella University.

Outside of work, I’m a culinary adventurer, award-winning dance choreographer, and native Arizonan who loves hiking and paddleboarding. If I had a superpower, it would be Joyful Transformation—turning any task into a fun and engaging experience!

Through supportive and innovative training, I help new technicians gain confidence, build skills, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.
