Kelly Willis

Kelly joins us with a wealth of experience in early childhood education, advocacy and program leadership. The role at Shine Bright brings all her passions together; development, strategic planning and community connection. Kelly works to grow our partnerships and expand the Shine Bright service offering, supporting families and children with additional needs to thrive.

Kelly has worked in a variety of social settings from schools and churches to non-profits, working hard to shape strategy and nurture staff development.

Her personal experiences as a mom of 6, including three children with autism, have shaped her deep-rooted connection to advocacy — especially representing families who are navigating the complex special education system, and is passionate about providing the support, tools and space needed for meaningful change to happen in their lives.
